Francis Seriau and Mike Sturgis Drum Master Class Took place on May 23, 2012 A great master class and it was extremely enjoyable working with Mike Sturgis Both Mike and I wanted the master class to be highly informative for the audience, creative and very musical in terms of performance. It is all about music and working with others.

The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) which I am a Fellow of, have asked me to create and lead a new working group.

Kipper and Francis take you on an inspirational journey demonstrating how the techniques, skills and approaches used for managing and directing some of music’s greats are directly related to the world of business and can help connect, create change and make a real difference.

This approach examines how you and your team can achieve effective performance and fulfilment in the workplace.

Three separate sessions will run as follows:
1 –  Executives and Executive Teams 10th July
2 –  Senior Management and SMT’s 11th July
3 –  Sales Teams 12th July

Each session will run for 2hrs30mn and will start at 15.00.

These three sessions will run in Central London over the 10 - 12 of July in three intimate and exciting London’s top venues (The Soho Theatre, The Century Club and The Box Soho). The running time will be 2hrs30mins and the event will start at 1500.
